You can place your order securely either:

- By phone at 0208 064 0076, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

- Cheques ( cleared before shipping)
Delivery Information
Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, with FedEx used for heavier items over 2kg. We provide UK wide delivery, including the Channel Islands.
- Same day dispatch is available for orders approved by 3pm (Mon to Fri)
- Orders after 3pm on Friday will go out on Monday
- All deliveries are tracked and fully insured
- Items are shipped discreetly in unbranded packaging for your privacy
We can only ship to the billing address registered to your payment method.
Next day delivery is available based on location and courier availability. Weekend delivery is dependent on local services.
Deliveries to remote locations, including parts of the Scottish Highlands, may require additional time.
Delivery will typically be attempted by 1pm — If you’re not available to receive your parcel, a missed delivery notice will be left. Tacking details will include further redelivery instructions.
Cancellations & Returns
Due to the volatile nature of the precious metals market, all sales are final once processed.
The right to cancel under the Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000 does not apply.
Please ensure you are fully confident in your purchase before confirming payment.
