  • Call recordings, emails and chat transcripts: up to 24 months, unless they relate to a transaction or dispute, in which case they are kept with the transaction record above.
  • Client account and portal data: for as long as your account remains active, then deleted or anonymised within 12 months of closure.
  • Marketing data: until you unsubscribe, or after 24 months without any engagement from you, whichever comes first.
  • Website analytics data: up to 26 months.

When a retention period ends, your data is securely deleted or anonymised. You can request earlier deletion at any time (see Your Data Rights below), and we will action it unless the law requires us to keep the data for longer.
