Lead a small team of specialists and set the standard for how every customer is looked after. You will take key conversations yourself and coach the team to explain the market clearly, calmly and honestly. Experience in a premium or luxury setting is essential. Full training in precious metals is provided.
Customer Relationship Executive
£27,000 to £32,000 salary · Full time, London W1
Be the knowledgeable voice our customers hear when they get in touch. You will help new customers understand the market and look after existing customers as their holdings grow, by phone and email. It suits someone patient, articulate and organised with a natural interest in people.
Marketing Executive
£32,000 to £38,000 salary · Full time, London W1
Shape how Gold Tier Advisory is seen across paid social, email, Market News and the website. You will work directly with the founders, test ideas quickly and see your results in real numbers. Experience with Meta advertising and email is important, as is an eye for premium brands.
Operations & Compliance Administrator
£28,000 to £34,000 salary · Full time, London W1
Keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes. You will process orders, arrange insured deliveries, manage ID checks and keep customer records accurate. It suits someone meticulous and dependable who knows every detail matters.
