Lead our client-facing sales team and own the journey from first enquiry to completed purchase. You will handle high-value conversations yourself, coach the team on consultative, compliant selling, and build the processes that help us grow without ever pressuring a client. Experience selling a premium product or service is essential; knowledge of precious metals is a bonus, not a requirement, as full training is provided.
Client Relationship Executive
£27,000 to £32,000 + commission · Full time, London W1
Be the friendly, knowledgeable voice our clients speak to. You will guide new clients through their first purchase, look after existing clients as their holdings grow, and handle enquiries by phone, email and WhatsApp. This role suits someone patient, articulate and organised who enjoys building trust over time rather than chasing quick wins.
Marketing Executive
£32,000 to £38,000 · Full time, London W1
Run our marketing day to day: paid social campaigns, email journeys, our Market News content and campaign landing pages. You will work directly with the founders, test ideas quickly and see the results of your work in real numbers. Experience with Meta advertising and email marketing is important; an understanding of UK advertising rules for financial-adjacent products is a real advantage.
Graphic Designer
£30,000 to £36,000 · Full time or part time, London W1
Own the look of Gold Tier Advisory across our website, social channels, email and print. You will design campaign creative, product imagery, brochures and client documents that feel premium, clean and consistent. A strong portfolio matters more than years of experience; an eye for luxury brands and typography is what we are looking for.
Operations & Compliance Administrator
£28,000 to £34,000 · Full time, London W1
Keep the engine running. You will process orders, arrange insured deliveries, manage identity verification checks and keep our client records accurate and compliant. This role suits someone meticulous and dependable who takes pride in getting the details right every single time.
