Shipping policy
This policy explains how Gold Tier Advisory Limited (company number 15579733) delivers your gold. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, which take precedence if there is any difference.
Free insured UK delivery
Delivery is free on all UK orders. Every parcel is fully insured while in transit and sent using a tracked service, so your order is protected from the moment it leaves us to the moment it reaches your door.
Discreet packaging
All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging. Nothing on the outside of the parcel indicates its contents or value.
Dispatch
Orders are dispatched once payment has cleared in full and any required identity verification has been completed (as a UK precious metals dealer we are required to carry out anti-money laundering checks on certain transactions). We will confirm your estimated delivery when your order is confirmed. Delivery timeframes are estimates; if a delay occurs due to events outside our control — such as adverse weather or courier disruption — we will let you know as soon as reasonably possible.
Receiving your order
A signature may be required on delivery. We recommend inspecting your order as soon as reasonably possible after it arrives and contacting us promptly if there are any issues. Responsibility for the goods passes to you once the parcel has been delivered to the address you provided; ownership passes once full payment has cleared.
