Refund policy

This policy explains your rights when purchasing physical gold from Gold Tier Advisory Limited (company number 15579733, registered at The Harley Building, 77 New Cavendish Street, London, W1W 6XB). It should be read together with our Terms of Service, which take precedence if there is any difference.

Cancellations

Orders for precious metals are non-cancellable once placed. Because the price of gold is linked to live market rates, the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to these goods (Regulation 28). Please make sure you are happy with your order before confirming it — our team is available on 0208 064 0076 if you would like to talk anything through first.

Damaged, faulty or misdescribed items

Every item we supply should arrive as described and in satisfactory condition. If your order arrives damaged, faulty or not as described, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible — ideally within 30 days of delivery — and you will be eligible for a refund. If you notify us within 6 months (or later, where evidence shows the fault was present at delivery), you may request a replacement. We will provide return instructions so the item can be inspected and resolved promptly.

Items we cannot accept back

We are unable to accept returns of correctly supplied precious metals for reasons of change of mind, or because the market price has moved after purchase.

Selling your gold back to us

If you wish to sell coins back in the future, we offer a buyback service. We are pleased to consider buyback requests on qualifying graded items held for 24 months or longer; our standard offer for such items is the spot price at the time of buyback plus 5%, subject to inspection and our Terms of Service. Contact us to discuss a buyback at any time.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made promptly to the original payment method once the returned item has been received and inspected.
